Personal Independence Payment to have online accounts like Universal Credit

What the petition asks
DWP should open a website for claimants of Personal Independence Payment to access their accounts, to report changes of circumstances, view their payments and communicate with the Department for work and Pensions for any queries they may have.
This would aid many claimants who struggle to communicate in the traditional sense over the phone. The online profile would also be accessible 24hrs a day unlike the phone lines, and should meet accessibility needs of those who are deaf and/or partially sighted.
This should also reduce traffic through the DWP call centres and make claimants more comfortable with communicating regarding their health that can sometimes be embarrassing or degrading to speak about.
