On holiday if the status changes from Green to Amber not have to return early

For example all the holidaymakers who have had to return early from Portugal and I've been penalised for no fault of their own should have been allowed to stay in finish the holiday that they booked and return under the green restrictions

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. There is no legal requirement to end a holiday early in the event the Government changes travel advice.

We could publish a petition calling for the Government to exclude people already abroad from quarantine requirements for people already scheduled to return to the UK, if that's what you'd like to see happen.
