Get schools to rent out bikes for students to use.

The goverment can tell schools to install bikes that students can use to ride to school. It will cost £1 a day. It willm obviouslly not stop or slow down polution but I have a feeling it will eventually make a difference.

Petitions must call for a specific action that the UK Government or House of Commons is responsible for.

Introducing a scheme along the lines you have suggested would be a matter for individual schools, not the Government or House of Commons.

We could accept a petition calling on the Government to provide funding for schools to create schemes like this, if that's something you would like to happen.
