Look at speed restrictions in rural areas like Dartmoor National park. The whole boundary of the nation park need to be a designated as a maximum 30mph zone. Including all road through grazing areas and villages
To many livestock and wildlife are killed daily by cars traveling at excess speed in the national park. Removing all nation speed limits within the park and making the whole
Park a maximum 30mph would save the lives of many livestock and wildlife including some with dwindling numbers like hedgehog
