What the petition asks

Legislate for accurate recording of biological sex of all investigated, charged, convicted, imprisoned for crimes of rape, attempted rape & all other sexual offences (in all 3 jurisdictions of UK). Statistical distortion apart, there is the medical harm to those sexually offended against 88% female.

1) Rape is rightly defined in law as a unique crime of male genitalia.
2) MOJ sexual offender statistics of at least 2 decades, 2002-2020, show that more than 99% of all sexual offenders* are MALE.
2b) MOJ Transgender SO statistics 2016-2019 already suggest "regardless of gender identity", with a notable absence of sexually offending transmen (transgender females).
3) ONS 2018 show 88-90% of those 'sexually offended against' are FEMALE (ONS 2018).
Parliament is Sovereign,NGOs are not lawmakers.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The UK Government are not responsible for policing in Scotland.

We could accept a petition calling for the police to be required to record biological sex of offenders in England and Wales, if that's what you'd like to see happen.
