What the petition asks

In cases where domestic violence is present or alcohol or drugs issues, the safety of the children and abused party are often forgotten about in order for fair access to the children, let's put safety above rights over access!

Cafcass and the family courts process need a serious look into. To many children and families are being put in danger by the dangerous decisions that are being made. Drug tests are being failed, yet access Is still being granted, abuse and neglect are happening but families are not having the choice to keep their children safe due to a court order. Safety of children and families need to be put first! The true damage of an unhealthy visitation is not being considered.
