What the petition asks
15 hours free childcare is available to children from 3 years of age regardless of parental income. I propose that 30 free hours of preschool education should be available to ALL children from the age of 4.
Our government preaches no child left behind. If you agree, please sign the petition.
The Childcare Choices website states to qualify for a 30 hour preschool place, parents each must earn from £142/week to £100,000/year.
Preschools teach the foundations of literacy, numeracy & social skills. It must be made available in equal measure to ALL children regardless of parental income.
