Make helmets a legal requirement whilst riding a bike or scooter.

Everyday I see so many children cycling to school with groups of friends or by themselves not wearing helmets. I have witnessed too many near misses with children on bikes almost colliding with cars. What happens if a child falls off their bike and cracks open their head? Wouldn’t it be better for a helmet to be cracked instead of their head? Why are so many adults not setting an example and wearing a helmet too? Please change the law!
