What the petition asks

Change the law regarding the dangerous dog act so irresponsible dog owners know it is a criminal act when their Dogs attacked other dogs or felines and take to responsibility for their pets actions
needs criminal offence and large fines or even prison sentences can be imposed and in law

I ran a facebook petition to find a couple who's dogs attacked ours and it went viral to 7000 shares and so many people in the UK have had their pets attacked or even killed by other dogs , something has to change?
The trauma that is infected on not only the pet but the owners is horrendous
Many have asked that this petition can raised with Parliament and changes made to the law asap
