Criminal offence to use personal email/messaging apps for Govt/Council business

What the petition asks
It should be a criminal offence for Local Councillors and those in Government to use their personal emails and messaging apps (including encrypted) for correspondence for official business, including public procurement.
This way Ministers and Local Councillors can be held accountable. It can keep them in check, avoid corruption and stop favouritism regarding awarding contracts.
It is an essential law so that those who ask for Freedom of Information can get hold of correspondence when needed. Things can be traced back.
