Changes to be made, so Stalkers cannot reside in the same area as the victim
Rejected

What the petition asks
I want the govt to make it so that the Victim is seen as a Victim. Stalkers should not be allowed to reside in the same area as a victim one they either go guilty or are found guilty of the crime
So that victims do not have to live with fear or violence. So that victims can do recovery work without it being undone as the offender lives in their area
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you are concerned about stalkers residing near their victims, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do, or who you want these new rules to apply to. Your petition refers to people who "go guilty or are found guilty of the crime", but it's not clear what this means.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
