Ban the use of blanket 'no pet' clauses in rental contracts

What the petition asks
Define the legal framework to stop landlords from banning pets into the rented properties
The actual situation is that there is a discriminatory “no pet, no children” policy that over 90% of the landlords and agencies are applying.
People that are forced to rent a house and also have a pet for several years, must give up their pet who might get sick and die in improper conditions in shelters.
It is a proof of humanity to find a solution for defenseless pets. The landlords must show flexibility and the legal framework should protect animals.
