Person with conviction at risk of reoffending should wear tracking device
Rejected
13 signatures
What the petition asks
A person with stalking/domestic violence conviction who is at risk of reoffending should have to wear a tag which can track if they enter an area they are not suppose to be in. This prevents harm coming to the victim
I don’t believe restraining orders are enough and I believe someone with a stalking/domestic violence conviction who is at risk of reoffending should have whereabouts monitored so they don’t enter an area which they aren’t meant to be in to scare/harm the victim. Please consider this as victims have a right to live their lives without fear.
