What the petition asks
Open Wembley to a full house Sunday night as entry requires double vaccination or a negative Covid test. Allow more genuine fans in giving England an even bigger advantage trying to be crowned European champions. It was increased from 22,500 to 60,000 plus through fear of losing it. It’s worked.
