Give employees the right to request hybrid working

Rejected 11 signatures

What the petition asks

Give employees the right to request hybrid working unless the employer can demonstrate good reason not to offer this facility.

A mixture of working from home and working in the office would give employees a better work life balance and improve mental health nationally.
Times have changed. It should be fair to expect employees to consider the welfare of staff and their family life and let mothers and fathers see their children grow up instead of spending all their time in the office.

We have the technology now as we have seen over the past 18 months to make this work.
