Recognise vaccinations done overseas for individuals coming and living in the UK

What the petition asks

I would like the government to recognise people that have been fully vaccinated abroad with the same vaccines approved in the UK (Pfizer, Modern, AstraZeneca, Janssen). Upon recognition, individual are allowed to apply for the NHS Covid Pass and have the same rights as fully vaccinated UK residents.
I would like the government to do this as the current policies in place are discriminatory against those that have been vaccinated abroad. All individuals should have the same rights/freedoms regardless of the location they have been vaccinated. Also, it would be in the government interest to not waste more of NHS resources to vaccinate individuals that have already been vaccinated overseas.
