What the petition asks

Not every biker wants a large engine cc motorcycle
The full motorcycle licence allows 600cc and above
What about all of the smaller cc motorcycles
That are mad
400cc for bikers that don't won't a full motorcycle licence...

Things to think about
A 50cc motorcycle cbt should be cancelled 125cc for the beginners
And people with road experience up to a 400c
