What the petition asks

The government should allow HK BNO visa holders that are students pursuing higher education in the UK to apply for student finance as it would be a great financial relief.

So many people have fallen into debt from the cost of paying for our visa as well as starting anew in the UK. Some financial relief in the form of student finance for higher education would be greatly appreciated for many families with children who plan to study in the UK.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
