Open up second Covid vaccines from 4 weeks post first dose for young people.

What the petition asks

It is totally unfair that having spent the last 18 months in Covid restrictions to protect the older population the young are now discriminated against for travel and possibly large venue events etc is Covid passport materialised. Vaccine is being wasted and young people turned away.
Open up vaccinations for the young adults in pop in and walk in centres at 4 weeks post first vaccine
