Verify all within the creative sector & industry with background checks and IDs

Provide an independent verification service (consisting of DBS background check, ID verification etc) for all within the industry such as songwriters/ musicians/ models/ photographers/ coaches/ mentors/ etc

We understand you're concerned about background checks for people working in creative industries, however we're not sure how such a 'verification service' would differ from services already available to employers in the arts and cultural sector, such as the DBS system. It's also not clear what the results of such checks would be used for.

You could have a petition calling for the Government to require all employers in the creative industries to obtain DBS checks on all their employees, if that is something you'd like to see happen.
