What the petition asks

When a woman has had to flee her home due to domestic violence and Abuse, there needs to be protection in place to stop the abuser taking the women through family court. This is another way to abuse/control the fleeing partner and children. It is just another form of abuse.

To be able to drag the victim through family court is an absolute disgrace. It causes more damage to the women and children. If these men really did care they wouldn’t have abused their family in the first place. No women should have to go through this and there is no way they should have to be subjected to more abuse, Control and coercion.
Victims of abuse need to be protected fully. There should be no contact what so ever to ensure the safety of the children and women.
