Recognise vaccine doses administered in foreign countries for Covid Pass

What the petition asks
Covid vaccines administered outside the UK can be added to GP Medical Records but they are not recognised for the Covid Pass, and they do not appear in the COVID 19 vaccine records in the NHS app. This complicates the situation for many who had a dose in the UK and another dose in a foreign country.
Tens of thousands of people received a dose of a Covid 19 vaccine in the UK and the other dose in a foreign country. The NHS does not recognises the dose administered in the foreign country even when official documentation is provided and this makes it impossible for many to receive any COVID Pass/certificate as in many cases the foreign country also refuses to recognise the vaccine administered in the UK.
