Childcare should be free for 1 year olds, when parents are working fulltime.

What the petition asks
Parents who are working full time should be able to claim free childcare from when their children turn 1 years old.
Many working mothers have the unfair disadvantage of having to change careers or cut down their hours to look after their children. The impact of this means many women's potential earnings are severely reduced. Women are also less likely to seek out promotions or take on more responsibility at work due to the overwhelming demands of childcare on working mothers.
