Extend 15 hours free childcare to all 2-year old children

What the petition asks
Offer all parents the same help with their child and let them benefit from the 15 free hours once their child is 2. Do not restrict this only to 2-year olds whose parents are on Universal Credit or other benefits.
This will help parents to continue in work. Childminders are very expensive, and parents do not manage to pay and save money for the future.
