Make wage support mandatory by employers during Covid 19 pandemic.

What the petition asks
Make all employers pay any employee(s) that have been told to isolate or are isolating from a positive Covid 19 infection a wage that matches the same amount of income they would receive if working normal scheduled hours.
The company J D Wetherspoon has suspended all government furlough payments from 1/8/21 before the due cut off date the government set out. They have reverted back to SSP which only equates to £90 pw. £260 less than an employee working 45 hours pw (minus tax) With only 10% of the population having had Covid 19, more are to follow. We are already having to deal with loss of wage and hardship due to this pandemic, we do not need more uncertainty from lack of support from employers!
