Accept vaccine certificates from multiple countries as proof of full vaccination

What the petition asks
The Government needs to allow people who have received one dose of COVID19 vaccine in the UK and one in another European country to prove their full vaccination status through separate vaccine certificates for the purpose of avoiding quarantine when returning from amber list countries.
The government currently accepts either the NHS COVID pass or the EU Digital COVID Certificate as proof of full vaccination but a number of UK residents have received one dose in the UK and one abroad which makes them not eligible to obtain either an NHS COVID Pass or an EU Digital COVID Certificate. This is discriminating and limiting for many UK residents. An interim solution, like the one adopted by Italy, should be in place while international agreements on certifications are developed.
