Dwayne’s Law – Teach the meanings of safety and hazard signs in schools

What the petition asks
We would like for the meanings of the different kinds of safety and hazard signs to be taught in schools, so children may know and be better able to identify the risks around them.
My son, Dwayne Thompson, died from drowning in cold water. He was not aware of the meaning of the safety and hazard signs near the water and was unaware of the risk he was taking.
I think it's time that safety and hazard signs and their meanings are taught to children to prevent deaths like my son’s.
