What the petition asks

The CPC should be scrapped it’s not useful the driving And Woking times for Hgv drivers should be increased permanently also give drivers the options to work as sole traders

This would definitely make more people taking up the job as Hgv drivers and would help cover the shortage crisis uk has

HGV drivers can already operate as sole traders. It is up to individual drivers whether to do so.

We could accept a petition calling for the hours HGV drivers can work to be increased, but you would need to be clear how you wanted current rules to be changed.
