Scrap Covid-19 testing requirement for UK arrivals

What the petition asks
Testing requirements are pricing out millions of people who would otherwise have planned to go on holiday this summer. Government and ONS data shows that Covid rates for arrivals are similar or even lower to domestic rates of Covid-19, so these unnecessary tests (and costs) should be axed.
Currently, all arriving to the UK from other countries are required to produce a negative test before boarding flights and take a PCR test the 2nd day after arrival. These additional tests are costly and unnecessary based in data.
Let's scrap this cost to and help the travel industry.
