What the petition asks
Cyclists using the public highways be made mandatory to wear high visibility clothing, lights and identification numbers,so they can be reported for highway misuse and not riding to a safe standard.
Because cyclists are a danger to themselves and other road users, with thier arrogant behaviour, not all of them! Lack of being visible to other road users.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
