Do something about catalytic converter theft

What the petition asks

Discuss and come up with real measures to combat and prevent the rising catalytic converter theft. Government is almost doing nothing about it as it stands. Police forces just record it for record keeping and thieves are just getting more and more fearless about it
It is plighting the lives of so many people. People are either a victim or scared to be next one and feel powerless and defenceless
