Classify security workers as emergency workers and protect them under the Assaults on Emergency Workers (Offences) Act.
Require all in-house security operatives to obtain an SIA licence.
Make it a legal right for security operatives to work for multiple employers.
License holders should be protected and any assaults should be dealt with under the Assaults on Emergency Workers (Offences) Act 2018.
