Provide compensation for all railcard holders

What the petition asks

The Government should provide compensation for all railcard holders to cover periods when people were told to stay at home by the Government due to the pandemic, as they did not get the opportunity or were advised not travel.
The rail industry have pocketed thousands of pounds from purchasers who were unable to use their card to travel by train as they were advised by the Prime Minister to Stay at Home at the beginning of March 2020 or not to travel unless essential. The Government should compensate people affected.
