Extend travel exemptions to EU residents who've had Covid and one vaccine dose

What the petition asks
The Government should extend travel exemptions for people fully vaccinated in the EU to EU residents, to those who have recovered from having Covid-19 and had one dose of an EU-approved vaccine.
Currently travel exemptions only apply to EU residents if they have been fully vaccinated under an approved vaccination programme in Europe. This means that the UK does not acknowledge the EU's system for recognising people who have recovered from Covid-19, who in many cases have only received one dose of an approved vaccine.
