All Parliamentary Mp's Must Take Refugees & Asylum Seekers Into Their Homes.

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Those who wish to allow more asylum seekers & refugees into the Uk, must agree publicly to take some into their homes.
This applies to Sir Kier Starmer & all Labour Party Members, including Conservatives, Lib Dems & SNP.
You cannot preach to the public, if you cannot practice what you preach.
Public anger is mounting from seeing lack of border controls with more migrant crossings. Public sector services have been cut, yet millions is being spent on accommodating & supporting illegal migration into the UK.

In 2020 an estimated 6,000 ex service men were homeless on our streets, as well as to mention the Gurkhas who served this country who have been treated abysmally.

Mp's are spending way too much time political point scoring & acting like spiteful children.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

Housing refugees and asylum seekers is a responsibility for the Home Office and individual local authorities, and we cannot accept petitions calling for certain individuals to be required to provide housing to refugees and asylum seekers.
