What the petition asks
There is only one problem that would cure all our other problems and that is population control. The governments of countries, and first and foremost "ours", (UK) Are gutless and cowardly when it comes to the most important problem of all. We have to start by getting back our green belt
This and future governments have to prioritise and halt population growth. The people are sick to death of politicians that cannot do the job that we put them there to do. They are allowing development that suits them personally and it is to the detriment of this country and its indigenous people. We do not want to walk around the park. it is too tame and there is no wild life. We want to walk into the countryside and breath the air. It is fast disappearing and it has to stop.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you are concerned about overpopulation and development on the green belt, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. It's clear you want changes to how the green belt is managed, but it's not clear if you want all development on the green belt to be prohibited, or the green belt to be expanded, or something else.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
