Ban slim fitted clothes for children

What the petition asks
Remove slim fitted clothing for children.
Slim fitted clothing should not be made for children as they all come in different sizes. I have had situations where I have taken my daughter shopping and come out with clothes that are bigger than her age due to being slim fitted. This is making children question their weight and knocking their confidence. I've had to sit down and explain that she isn't overweight, that she is healthy and doesn't need to go on a diet to fit into clothes.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Petitions must call for a specific action that the UK Government or House of Commons is responsible for.
Decisions about what sizes to make or sell clothes in are a matter for individual manufacturers and retailers, not the Government or House of Commons.
As a result it is not possible for the Government or House of Commons to take the action you have requested.
