Refund University tuition fees for 20/21 due to Covid-19

What the petition asks
I would like the Government to at least partially refund University tuition fees for the 2020/21 academic year. There was a lack of face-to-face teaching and students on courses that require access to equipment on campus in particular have lost out substantially since Universities were closed.
Students on many courses that normally involve practical assessments and physical projects have had to rely on written/virtual assessments, which in some cases may not have given students the same opportunities to demonstrate their understanding of a subject.
A degree is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and the Government should recognise that current students have lost out.
