Face to face appointments to be reinstated at GP surgeries.

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

In my local area the elderly and infirm are finding the lack of normal face to face appointments especially difficult. I am concerned that this will allow a large number of patients to fall through the cracks of the NHS.
This looks as if it has been orchestrated countrywide, so it will need a Government reaction to ensure that whatever is decided, it will apply to the whole of the UK.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

Decisions relating to GP appointments, including decisions on whether face-to-face appointments are appropriate, are operational matters for the NHS, not the UK Government or Parliament.
