Refund people who paid for B+E Tests

Many people have paid for training and a test not to mention time off work to pass a test that is now deemed not required thus these people have been charged for something they didn’t need. I believe all test fees should be refunded.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
