Make Visual snow syndrome more known by gps and make sure it’s known on the NHS

Rejected 16 signatures

What the petition asks

I want the government to take Visual Snow Syndrome seriously, it’s a neurological condition that not many doctors know about, I’d love to see the condition on the NHS website just like COVID 19 has been on it many people including me suffer everyday with VSS
I want the government and parliament to do it as if affects loads of people all over the world with not a lot of research, treatment and understanding, GPS need to do there bit research and help us find a cure/treatment

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

Petitions must call for a specific action that the UK Government or House of Commons is responsible for.

Operational decisions, such as educating GPs about disorders and putting it on the NHS website is a matter for GPs, individual practices and the NHS, not the Government or House of Commons.

As a result it is not possible for the Government or House of Commons to take the action you have requested.
