UK Government should recognise The Bahamas Government Covid vaccination program.

What the petition asks
The Government of the Bahamas has conducted a rigorous, well organised, and transparently and carefully documented Covid vaccination programme. British and Bahamian citizens claim the right for our full vaccinations to be recognized alongside those of other Caribbean countries from 4 October 2021.
There are at time of writing 73,000 fully vaccinated in the Bahamas, including the undersigned, some of whom are British citizens living and working in the country who were in the vanguard of participation in the programme and fully vaccinated by June 2021. It is discriminatory and unnecessary for the British government to overlook our approved Covishield vaccinations administered by a Commonwealth government and fully documented thereby forcing quarantine on us when we visit the UK.
