What the petition asks
Give people a choice, if they want to pay a subscription to watch/ listen to the BBC or not.
The increasing licence fee is now an outdated system and highly unfair, those who don’t want BBC programming shouldn’t have to pay for something they do not use. It’s easy today to make the BBC into a subscription service with only those watching and listening paying.
