What the petition asks
The Government should seek to pass a motion for a general election by two thirds of the total number of seats in the Commons including vacant seats as per Fixed-term Parliaments Act 2011.
Or
Introduce legislation to make provision for a parliamentary general election to be held in December 2021.
Because we believe the Government is no longer suitable to be responsible for the policy and decisions of the government, and that the Prime Minister is no longer acting as the leader of the UK government, is unable to oversees the operation of the Civil Service and government agencies and is not competent to choose the right members to constitute a government that will satisfy the need of the people.
