What the petition asks
We would like for the Government to raise the minimum wage for workers under the age of 18 to at least 80% of the National Living Wage, and keep the minimum wage for under 18s at 80% of the National Living Wage with any increase of the National Living Wage
For too long younger workers have been under paid for their labour, earning as little as £4.62 an hour. This petition supports a fairer wage that is closer to the wage for older workers doing the same jobs.
