Tougher laws against spiking in drinking establishments

I would like the Police to listen and effectively respond to spiking allegations made by the victims. To treat it as any other crime which discriminates a person's will, such as rape. Take proper precautions in gathering evidence and to treat the victim like an individual in need.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We understand that you are concerned about drink spiking, but we're not sure what changes to the law you would like the Government to implement.

Additionally, decisions about acting on reports of alleged offences, and providing medical care, are a matter for the police and NHS, not the Government or House of Commons.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, we could accept a petition calling on the Government to review the criminal justice system and health system's response to drink spiking, if that's something you would like to happen.
