Reverse Art Funding Cuts and Don't Limit Art Student Degree Numbers
Closed

What the petition asks
The Government should reverse the 50% reduction in the rate of high-cost subject funding for arts subjects, and abandon the idea of limiting the number of students who can attend a higher educational art degree course.
England has always been a highlight point in the world for the arts, and houses some of the top educational institutions to learn art in the world.
We believe these budget cuts and proposals to limit course numbers is the most severe threat the arts have faced. The limit and cut to learning art could have a tragic impact on not only Britain's culture, but the world.
