Ban balloon releases which are harmful to wildlife

What the petition asks

Balloon releases can be harmful to wildlife and can cause plastic waste pollution. Seals and birds get tangled up in the plastic waste left behind. It is illegal to drop litter in the streets and it should be illegal to release balloons into the air.
Plant a tree or erect a bench, but please stop these balloon releases
Prevention of even more plastic pollutants
