Give grandparents the legal right to see their Grandchildren

The relationship between Grandparents & Grandchildren is still being overlooked. Many Grandparents are not in a financial position to go to court. Going to court still does not guarantee they will see their Grandchildren. Where parents have separated or a parent has passed away the child's primary carer can put their own feelings above those of their child's.
