Make under 18s eligible for two Blue Badges so both parents can have one

What the petition asks
My son has severe autism and has a Blue Badge. He is only 7 years old. We keep the badge with my wife, sometimes I pick him up in my car and I'm left without his badge. So when we go to the shops, I have to park further away, which increases risks to my son. Duplicates are not allowed.
If the holder is under 18 allow 2 badges so both parents can hold a badge. Many under 18s wouldn't be able to look after their own badge and keep it safe. When I collect him from school and go to the shops with him, I have to struggle to find parking and the idea of the badge is to keep them safe as possible.
